Sarah, The Duchess of York , 60, has publicly spoken about her love for cosmetic procedures.
Appearing in a video on the Instagram page for Dr Gabriela Clinic, the Royal wore a sophisticated signature blazer and her red locks in a loose style.
Prince Andrew’s beau was filmed by the Harley Street clinic who shared the snap to its 17,200 followers singing their praises.
The clinic captioned the film: “Dr Gabriela’s heart is melted when patients talk about her good hands and when they feel good and calm in her clinic.
“Thank you, Duchess, of York for amazing testimonial [sic].”
Princess Beatrice and Eugenie’s mum gushed: “Certainly, when I come into Dr G’s practice here, I always come in like a hurricane and then I leave, never wanting to go because it’s like a wonderful embrace of velvet and you just want to stay, just to be nurtured.
“And, of course, you know when you’re a mother or you’re a busy person like me, you never stop to take a little bit of water for yourself.”
Prince Andrew’s ex-wife went on to say: “You come in and she never puts you through any pain. I don’t like pain, because my nerves are already shot. I want to come in and not have to have anything which causes me to be anxious.
“So she puts me into a very calm place and she normally has piano playing – music.”
Sarah has been open about cosmetics in the past, revealing last month that she had undergone several cosmetic procedures.
The Daily Mail reported that The Duchess had said goodbye to botox in favour of laser facelifts.
Speaking to the publication, she said: “I had Botox a long time ago when there was nothing else available. I really don’t like the frozen look. I’m so animated and I like to be myself.
“I don’t like the thought of needles and am very glad if I look well and feel happy.”
The Duchess married The Queen’s third son, The Duke of York in 1986. The former couple went on to have two children, Princess Beatrice and Princess Eugenie before they sadly divorced in 1996.
However, rumours have circulated since their divorce that the couple are back together – with Sarah living alongside her former husband at The Queen Mother’s former home, Royal Lodge on the grounds of Windsor Castle.
Princess Eugenie also fuelled speculation her parents were once again an item writing on her Instagram: “Who else has ever forgotten to congratulate their parents on their wedding anniversary!
“I’m a day late but I wanted to celebrate my parents getting married 33 years ago… Thank you for always being the best of friends and bringing us up together.”
Either way, Sarah, you look great!
