How Kate Middleton ‘Confirmed’ Her Fourth Pregnancy In Pakistan Without Making An Announcement

Kate Middleton and Prince William are in Pakistan for their most complex tour since they tied the knot. While there, the Duchess of Cambridge channeled Princess Diana in her stunning shalwar kameez, which is a dress that is worn over trousers.

But Kate’s glamorous look isn’t the only thing that made headlines while she’s in Pakistan. Eagle-eyed royal fans are convinced that the mom of three just dropped another major pregnancy clue.

It’s uncommon for members of the royal family to bring a doctor along with them to their overseas trips. Usually, only Queen Elizabeth II and Prince Charles are accompanied by a physician because of their important roles in the British monarchy.

Prince William is second in line to the throne, and his future role is also of utmost importance. But this is the first time that a doctor joined him and his wife on tour. Prince William’s former colleague from the East Anglian Air Ambulance is part of the royal couple’s entourage.

According to Express, the fact that the Duke and Duchess of Cambridge asked a doctor to join them on tour suggests that Kate is pregnant with her fourth child. Since there are major security risks in Pakistan, having a doctor as part of their entourage could keep Prince William, Kate and their unborn child safe.

However, it’s also possible that the doctor was asked to accompany the royal couple to make sure that their health would be in check while in Pakistan. And it doesn’t necessarily mean that Kate is pregnant.

While speaking with Express, body language expert Judi James said that it’s unlikely that Kate is pregnant with her fourth child because her outfits in Pakistan didn’t show a growing baby bump. She also said that since Kate suffers from extreme morning sickness, it’s unlikely that she will be able to travel to Pakistan if she’s pregnant.

James also said that Kate touching her belly doesn’t confirm her fourth pregnancy. After all, she usually does this gesture.

“Kate is often seen touching her stomach area so this is a less reliable ‘tell’ than it might be with many women,” she said. “As we can see in these poses too, it’s a gesture that William uses a lot and Kate might just be mirroring him in a gesture of rapport,” she added.
