Meghan Markle and Prince Harry have shared a cryptic message on Instagram about “fear” after opening up about their struggles.
The Duke and Duchess of Sussex have posted a quote on their Sussex Royal page, with the post attracting more than 220,000 likes.
They posted the inspirational message last night, which reads: “Courage doesn’t mean you don’t get afraid. Courage means you don’t let fear stop you.”
The quote was made by shark attack survivor and famous surfer Bethany Hamilton.
But many royal fans will see the post as a reference to the couple’s ongoing struggle with royal life.
The pair dropped a series of bombshell in a tell-all documentary interview last month, with Meghan admitting she is “not OK”.
An emotional Meghan appeared to be on the verge of tears as she admitted struggling with the recent criticism of her from the press and public.
She told the ITV documentary which followed her and Harry’s tour of Africa: “It’s not enough to just survive something, that’s not the point of life.”
Meghan also said: ”Look, any woman especially when they are pregnant you’re really vulnerable and so that was made really challenging, and then when you have a newborn – you know.
“And especially as a woman, it’s a lot. So you add this on top of just trying to be a new mom or trying to be a newlywed it’s, well…”
Harry spoke emotionally in the programme too, and event went as far as admitting he and Meghan have thought of moving out of the UK.
And he appeared to confirm long-running claims of a rift between him and his brother Prince William, admitting that they are now on “different paths”.
The shock comments sparked huge concern among royal fans that they could be planning to pack up, leave the Royal Family and move for good.
A royal commentator recently told Daily Star Online that Harry and Meghan leaving the royals behind would be a “seismic step”.
