Prince George celebrated wildly at Carrow Road alongside his family after Conor Hourihane put Aston Villa 4-0 up against Norwich.

Villa fan Prince William and Kate Middleton attended the clash away at the Canaries with future King of England Prince George, six, and Princess Charlotte, four.

Though there was no sign of their 17-month-old baby Prince Louis as Villa put on a show for their famous supporters.

The royals – who could be staying at Queen Elizabeth’s Sandringham House in Norfolk – were treated to a dazzling display from Dean Smith’s men.

Villa raced into a 4-0 lead just after the hour mark thanks to a double from Wesley, and strikes from Jack Grealish and Hourihane.

The camera panned to George in the stands as he failed to control his delight as Villa ran riot in East Anglia.

Gary Lineker quipped on social media: “Think Prince George has caught the football bug early.”

Sharp-eyed observers noted that the young prince’s football top was actually from a pyjama set.

The£22 pyjamas also include trousers in Aston Villa’s colours with a check pattern

According to Hello, George had a football-themed party in the summer to celebrate his birthday at Kensington Palace.

The Duke of Cambridge – who is the current President of the FA – revealed he decided to follow Villa because most of his friends supported either Manchester United or Chelsea.

Speaking to BBC in 2015, William said: “A long time ago at school I got into football big time. I was looking around for clubs.
